Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- Store credit available for up to 60 days from delivery

Add Re:do for just $2.99 at checkout and get:
- Unlimited FREE returns on your entire order
- Prepaid return labels sent instantly
- No questions asked – return anything, anytime
Without Re:do coverage, return shipping is $6.95 per return.
🔄 Free Exchanges Always
Want a different size or color? Exchanges are always FREE – we'll cover shipping both ways. Just note your exchange preference in the return portal.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
All returned items must:
- Have original tags attached
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Include the original packaging when possible
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable):
- Intimates, bodysuits, and undergarments
- Swimwear and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Visit our Return Portal: SUBMIT YOUR RETURN
- Enter your order number and email
- Select items to return and reason
- Print your prepaid label (free with Re:do, $6.95 without)
- Drop off at any USPS location
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our Rochester, Michigan facility. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days after processing.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Note your requested size/color in the return portal
- If available, we'll ship it immediately at no cost
- If unavailable, we'll issue store credit instead

Re:do coverage applies only to the order on which it was purchased. Returns without Re:do coverage will have a $6.95 return shipping fee deducted from the refund. We recommend insuring high-value returns.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
💄 AB Beauty Products:
Each AB Beauty product is freshly produced with every order to ensure top quality and freshness.
Processing can take 5–9 business days, followed by 3–5 business days for shipping.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we unfortunately cannot control delivery speed or delays.
