Return Policy

We hope you love everything you order from Arnone Boutique, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. 💗

If you need to return an item, we’re happy to offer online store credit to help you find something you’ll love even more!


How Returns Work

  • Returns must be sent back within 15 days of your order is received.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Please include your invoice with your return so we can process it quickly.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a store credit for the item’s price (shipping charges are non-refundable).

💡 Tip: We recommend shipping your return with tracking and insurance. Arnone Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit.


Items Eligible for Return

To keep our shop fresh and safe for everyone, only items meeting these standards can be returned:

  • Returned within 15 days of shipment received

  • Stain-free (no deodorant, makeup, pet hair, etc.)

  • Odor-free (no perfume, smoke, etc.)

  • Shoes must be sent back in their original box and in brand-new condition


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items discounted 50% or more (including Black Friday Doorbusters)

  • Beauty products (brushes, sponges, makeup, hair tools, etc.)

  • Undergarments (bras, bralettes, sports bras, yoga tops)

  • Bodysuits

  • Giveaways or promotional freebies

  • Any item that has already been exchanged once

  • Other items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page

Arnone Boutique reserves the right to classify additional items as non-returnable to ensure quality and safety standards.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll send instructions to make it right.

  • After receiving our instructions, the item must be returned within 7 days.


Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size, note your request on the invoice when returning.

  • If the size is available, we’ll send the new item right out.

  • If it’s unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE Shipping on all orders $75+ (continental U.S. only)

  • Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.95


Processing & Delivery Times

Our team works hard to process, pack, and ship your order as quickly as possible!

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Note: Delivery times may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we unfortunately cannot control delivery speed or delays.

  • If your package seems delayed, please check your tracking information first.

  • If you believe your package is lost, reach out to us at info@arnoneboutique.com or call/text (480) 717-1722, and we’ll help you as best we can.


Shipping Address Tips

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!

  • Make sure all information is accurate, including apartment/suite numbers.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Addresses must be verified through the U.S. Postal Service.
